Khdamati is a platform that connects households looking for domestic services with household maids offering their services in Morocco. We provide a marketplace for connection and do not employ the maids listed on our Platform.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

5. Maid and Household Interactions

While we strive to verify user identities, we do not guarantee the performance, quality, or legality of services provided by maids. Households and maids are solely responsible for their interactions, agreements, and compliance with local labor laws.

6. Payment and Fees

Khdamati may charge fees for certain features or services on the Platform. All fees are clearly disclosed before you incur them. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and any payment issues are subject to their terms and conditions.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies for services arranged through the Platform are determined by the agreement between the household and the maid, subject to any specific platform-wide policies disclosed at the time of booking.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal purposes or in any way that violates these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, fraud, or distributing harmful content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Khdamati or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand or assets without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khdamati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions with other users.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason related to the safety and integrity of our Platform.

12. Governing Law
